Dear Band Director/Music Teacher -

I am a former US Army Bandmaster and graduate of Eastman School of Music, Rochester NY and am very interested in promoting the correct way of playing TAPS with or w/o Echo. I have heard this famous Civil War Bugle call played incorrectly many, many times and to help correct this error I am offering this to you all -

1) a free copy of my CD - TAPS with Echo - which is the original US Army version of TAPS recorded by US Army musicians -

2) a free copy of my booklet ORIGIN OF TAPS that explains the history and the correct playing of this most famous American bugle call. This is also available on line at www.joseforosz.com/taps.htm.

The booklet and the CD make excellent instructional tools in training trumpet players in the correct method of playing TAPS.

My PO address is -
